To apply to join the YEL you must first ensure a club application has been submitted. ONLY ONE CLUB APPLICATION FORM IS NEEDED regardless of how many teams you enter.

Once a club application has been submitted you can then enter TEAM APPLICATION FORMS. A Team Application form is required for each team you enter and must be accompanied by a £30 application fee per team which will be refunded in full, if your application does not go ahead or is rejected for any reason.
