Here are a selection of videos produced by the FA to help YEL Referees deal with problem players, managers and spectators. Each video shows a young referee taking ownership of the situation in a calm and authoritative manner. Whilst not everyone is agreeing with their decisions, the participants are left in no doubt that the referee is in control of the game and what is happening on the field of play. This is vital to ensure that the referee maintains the respect and their authority during the match.
